Governor Kevin Stitt has yet to announce whether he will spare the life of death row prisoner Julius Jones who was convicted of murdering Edmond businessman Paul Howell.
Jones is still scheduled to die by lethal injection at 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon, however, that could change at any moment if the Governor were to step in. News On 6's Cal Day has a breakdown of what happened more than 20 years ago that led to this moment.
