With Thanksgiving just three days away, one non-profit is making sure everyone has something to eat for dinner.
John 3:16 Mission said it's been a tough year, and everyone deserves to eat a Thanksgiving meal -- whether you can afford it or not.
The non-profit will be giving away food baskets this week to families in need.
Those baskets will include ingredients for a holiday meal, including a Turkey.
You can pick up a basket from John 3:16's Family & Youth Center at 2027 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
You will need a photo ID and proof of address to receive a food basket.
Only one basket per family.
In addition to the baskets, the mission will also serve Thanksgiving dinner this week.
The dinners will start at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday located at New Life Hall, at 506 North Cheyenne Avenue.
