Fatal Crash In Payne County Leaves 9-Year-Old Boy Dead

A 9-year-old boy is dead following a two-car crash on State Highway 33 near Perkins in Payne County, state troopers said. 

31-year-old Sarah Davidson was driving with four children all under the age of 12 when she collided with Leslie Wilkerson's car, according to OHP’s report. 

Davidson and all four children in her car were taken to the hospital in critical condition, where the 9-year-old died.  

Wilkerson is expected to be okay, but her 11-year-old passenger is in critical condition.  

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
