A metro woman was waiting in a 2-mile long line for food when her car broke down.

Thankfully, an Oklahoma City Police officer saw what happened and told the family to get into his car instead.

The family said the officer was a blessing.

"Well, he helped me out because my car went dead and he said I'm not going to lose my spot. So, he helped me take me and my nieces to get some stuff for the house."

The man who captured the video is pastor Derrick Scobey who is in Kentucky right now helping distribute supplies to tornado victims.
