Fire Crews Battle House Fire In Edmond

Fire crews are working to put out a house fire in Edmond early Monday morning.

The fire occurred near East 5th and South Boulevard.

Fire crews said the fire started in the attic of the home.

Firefighters at the scene reported three people were inside the home, but made it out safely.

It is unknown what cause the fire at this time, crews reported.

The fire was put out before it rekindled shortly after and needed to be handled again, fire crews report.

According to firefighters at the scene, no one was injured in the fire.
