Wayman Tisdale was a bright light in the world, especially in sports. From Booker T, Washington, to the Olympics, to the NBA, Wayman Tisdale left behind a remarkable legacy. Tisdale passed away in 2009.

His wife Regina has struggled over the years since his death and she's written a new book, titled "Losing My Power Forward: Rebounding Through Grief," in hopes of helping others.
