Work Begins On Chickasaw Resort Planned For Downtown OKC

Work has begun on the $300M resort planned for just south of the Oklahoma river.

The Chickasaw nation unveiled plans for the OKANA resort and water park back in October.

The park will neighbor the First Americans Museum.

The plans also include a Native American Market, a 1,500 seat amphitheater and conference center.

The museum is set to open in spring of 2024.
