Bartlesville Expands Resident Recruitment Program

The City of Bartlesville is expanding its Resident Recruitment Program.

The Bartlesville Development Authority created the program last year to help employers find workers.

It provides cash to employees of a business to help the person buy or build homes in the Bartlesville city limits.

Last year, 13 new employees with Concho Resources participated in the program.

The city council has approved proposals to offer the same incentives to new employees with ConocoPhillips

and Phoenix Rising.
