Muscogee Nation prosecutors have filed charges against two men accused of assaulting a Tulsa police officer during a protest in downtown Tulsa last week.
It happened as protesters gathered in support of a man they think was wrongfully convicted of helping to kill two FBI agents in the 1970's.
Jacob Wind and Sandy Williams have both been charged with assaulting an officer.
The officer had asked the protestors to move their cars from blocking the street and to protest on the sidewalk.
Tulsa police are still looking for one man who they say attacked an officer.
