Bank Of America Presents $25 Thousand Check To Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma

Bank of America presented a $25 thousand check to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

The bank made the donation after it encouraged employees at the food bank to get vaccinated.

For each employee who received a vaccine or booster, the bank donated $100.

"It's important that all of us kind of keep our guards up and do everything that we can to create a safe environment. Not only inside of our organizations, but in our city and our state as well," said Calvin Moore, President and CEO of Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

Employees voluntarily reported their vaccination status over the course of a month.
