Kingston Homes, Lake Texoma Marina Heavily Damaged By Tornado

A reported tornado left behind a quarter-mile-wide swath of damage, in the southern Oklahoma town of Kingston.

The storm-tossed vehicles peeled back rooftops and destroyed businesses. The system is now moving east toward Louisiana and Mississippi. Forecasters expect the storm system to intensify throughout the day as temperatures rise, increasing the threat of tornadoes, hail, and strong winds.

Much of Louisiana and Mississippi were at moderate risk of severe weather Tuesday.
