Tulsa Woman Arrested, Accused Of Child Stealing

A Tulsa woman is in jail after police accused her of child stealing.

Investigators said she doesn't have custody of her daughter but she took her to Texas.

The child's father, who does have custody, said he agreed to allow his daughter to stay with Christal Moore while authorities looked into allegations Moore made against him.

Once those allegations were determined to be unsubstantiated, investigators said Moore took the girl to North Texas and tried to enroll her in school.

Moore was eventually arrested and the girl recovered safely.
