A 70-year-old woman has been arrested in a tragic crash that claimed the life of a 17-year-old. 

Kolby Scott Dutton was a Westmore High School student. 

On Thursday – Dutton collided with an SUV in southwest Oklahoma City and was killed.  

He was riding north on Western Avenue near the intersection of southwest 107th when the SUV pulled out from a private drive.  

Dutton died on scene.  

His loved ones and friends – posting on social media about his genuine personality and love for motorcycles.  

On his Instagram – friends posted: 

“Coolest dude I’ve ever had a conversation with, down to earth and an awesome personality. I miss you bro ❤️” 
“He was so full of energy every time we talked. He had a great sense of humor. RIP Kolby, you'll be missed❤️” 

Scott shared his love for motorsports online. 

Even posting just a couple of days ago, a plea for drivers on the road to respect motorcyclists.  

He said, "it’s motorcycle awareness month' please watch out for me and my two-wheeled buddies." 

70-year-old Judy C. Todd was arrested and booked in the Cleveland County Jail on complaints of driving under the influence of drugs, first-degree manslaughter, and failure to yield from a private drive.  

Moore Public Schools offered mental health support for students on site after the loss. The district is wrapping up its school year on Friday.
