According to the OHP, Patrick LeFlore Jr. was driving a 2018 Honda Civic when he crashed into the back of a 2013 John Deere Swather on US 270 just north of E900 Road near Greenfield, Oklahoma.

The Geary Fire Department used the jaws of life to pull LeFlore from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene of head trauma.

The OHP said the John Deere driver was on the inside lane making a left turn when LeFlore crashed into the back.
