Oklahoma attorney general John O'Connor in a robocall many Oklahomans received just hours after the Supreme Court decision came down said he played a vital role in criminalizing abortion in Oklahoma.

Right now, House Bill 4327 and Senate Bill 612 are in effect, making it both a criminal and civil offense to perform an abortion and anyone who aides or abets an abortion.
Offenders could be sued for up to $10,000.
