OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. -

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater and candidate Kevin Calvey discussed Prater's OSBI referral to look into Calvey's campaign Thursday afternoon.

OSBI confirmed the probe to News 9 Thursday afternoon.

Calvey and Oklahoma County Assistant District Attorney Gayland Gieger will head into a Republican runoff for the D.A. position Aug. 23.
