Tulsa Police are looking for the person who shot a teenager several times Monday night near Admiral and Harvard.
Tulsa Police said the 16-year-old girl was alive and sitting up in a chair inside the house when EMSA arrived.
Officers said she is now at a nearby hospital in serious condition.
The girl was shot in the hand, lower stomach and leg, officers said. People on the scene called it a drive by shooting.
Officers said they aren't sure how many shots were fired.
People in the house told police they heard gunshots, then rushed outside and found the victim lying on the porch with three gunshot wounds, then helped her inside.
Captain Tom Bell said they went around the neighborhood looking for witnesses and video from ring doorbells with no luck.
There is no suspect information at this time.
"It is absolutely vital that if a neighbor or a passerby saw something they need to come forward and talk to us about it. Every bit of information in a case like this can be very, very valuable to us as we try to determine who shot this girl," said Capt. Tom Bell, TPD.
Anyone with information about who did this or why, is asked to call Crime Stoppers and 918-596-COPS.
