PSO Working To Restore Power In Tornado-Impacted Areas

PSO says it has about 275 employees working to restore power to storm-damaged areas to hundreds of people in southeast Oklahoma.

PSO says it has about 275 employees working to restore power to storm-damaged areas as more than 600 people near Idabel remain without power Saturday evening.

The company says about 2,300 people lost power in its southeastern service area Friday night

Crews say efforts to restore downed lines have been slowed by debris from the storm.

PSO estimates most Idabel residents should get power back between 8 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.

Eagletown power should be restored by noon Monday.

As of 7 p.m., about 5,000 McCurtain County residents are without power.
