Amazing Oklahomans: Cutter Elliott

Thursday’s Amazing Oklahoman, Cutter Elliott, is a singer-songwriter from Norman living without his sight. 

Cutter performed for the Oklahoma School of the Blind Thursday afternoon. He and guitarist Paul Reeves also presented a new guitar to the school's jazz band.
