Thousands of travelers are continuing to deal with flight cancellations around the holidays, with thousands of bags being separated from their owners across the country.

Thousands of travelers are continuing to deal with flight cancellations around the holidays, with thousands of bags being separated from their owners across the country.

Southwest Airlines have canceled 15 of the 20 flights that were supposed to depart from the Will Rogers World Airport Dec. 28th. Southwest Airlines CEO Bob Jordan said he has been in touch with Departement of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and are working on issuing full refunds to passengers.

Hundreds of unclaimed baggage has been at the Southwest Airlines baggage claim for days. News 9’s Natalie Cruz talked one Southwest passenger who has been traveling since Dec. 21 and just picked up her bag.
