Police Investigate Deadly Shooting In NE Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City Police were called to the scene of a deadly shooting on the northeast side of the city early Friday morning.

According to police, officers arrives on the scene near Northeast 32nd Street and North Lincoln Boulevard at around 2:20 a.m.

Police say when officers arrived on scene, they found one person who had suffered several gunshot wounds. According to police, the victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police say they are still in the early stages of the investigation, but have some information from witnesses who say they were home at the time of the shooting.

Witnesses told police that a couple of people were arguing inside a home when a man picked up a gun and shot another man before fleeing the scene on foot.

Oklahoma City Police are not currently releasing a description of the suspect or the victim's name.
