Vehicle Parked In Roadway Causes Payne County Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a crash Tuesday afternoon approximately 5 miles west of Stillwater.

OHP said Scot A Campbell, 69, was travelling southbound on Coyle Road when Campbell struck another vehicle that was illegally parked near State Highway 51.

Troopers said the other vehicle was parked perpendicular in the same lane Campbell was driving in.

According to authorities, Campbell was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
