Man Killed In Muskogee Apartment Shooting

A man police say was shot in the head at an apartment Saturday afternoon died on Sunday, according to Muskogee Police.

The Muskogee Police Department says Christopher Johnson, 51, was shot inside his apartment at 525 N. 6th St.

Officers at the scene said a man was found shot in the head inside the apartment, and EMS transferred him to a Tulsa hospital.

Investigators on Sunday were notified that Johnson had died.

There are no suspect details available and no one is in custody, police say.
