Security Guard Shot At Metro Nightclub; OKC Police Search For Suspect

Oklahoma City Police are investigating after a security guard was shot early Saturday morning at a metro club.

Police said they are looking for a suspect after a shooting that happened at the Tree Lounge near Northeast 36th Street and North Lincoln Boulevard.

After the suspect shot the victim in the chest, they ran out the backdoor of the nightclub, police said.

Police have no details on what led to the shooting.

The security guard was rushed to the hospital and at last check he was in critical condition.

Police are still trying to identify the suspect. The victim’s name has not been released.
