9 - The Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has arrived in Ukraine this morning for a surprise visit to the war-torn country. That comes hours after Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in neighboring Russia for a three-day visit.
8 - An Oklahoma bill banning corporal punishment for students with special needs advances. It passed the Oklahoma House Monday. A similar proposal failed in the chamber last week.
7 - A high school student in the Dallas suburb of Arlington has died after being shot at school. Police say that student and one other were shot Monday by a third student. That shooter--is now in custody.
6 - A Pottawatomie County cattle rancher has discovered human remains on a property near St Louis, Oklahoma. Several agencies are on the case.
5 - It's over for OU. The Sooner women fell to UCLA in the NCAA Women's Basketball tournament. OU lost by nine after a frantic fourth quarter.
4 - OU Health says a stolen laptop put sensitive patient information at risk. It was stolen in December. Those affected will be notified by mail.
3 -Tuesday could be the day former President Donald Trump is indicted in New York.
Trump said it was coming in a weekend post online. Nothing yet from New York City prosecutors.
2 - Oklahoma City Police arrest a man following an overnight chase. Police said he also hit a police car and tried to run off. No luck--he was caught then arrested.
The top thing to know for Tuesday, March 21-- An Oklahoma Police officer will be laid to rest Tuesday. McAlester Captain Richard Parker's funeral comes a day after the death of his colleague Joseph Barlow and brother in blue Oklahoma County Deputy Jeremy McCain. Both—Barlow and McCain dying days after being badly hurt in separate crashes.
