A man who was shot following a basketball game in January at Del City High School is now charged in connection with the crime.
According to new court filings he's also a defendant in a metro murder.
Joshua Gresham was arrested on a complaint of accessory to murder in October of last year.
Investigators alleged while out on bond, in January, Gresham exchanged gunfire with another defendant inside a high school gymnasium.
“The fans were starting to file out. the next thing you hear is boom, boom,” said sports announcer Dwayne Doolittle.
In January, in a crowded gym, gunfire erupted immediately after the game.
“See muzzle flash, and know immediately someone has a gun, someone fired a gun,” said Doolittle.
While no one was shot inside the building, as it spilled outside, a man was struck. New court filings identified the shooting victim as Joshua Gresham.
“You could see the panic and hear the panic in people's voices,” said sports announcer Eric Ross.
Days after the shooting, police arrested Chazz Doolin.
While Gresham was "at the emergency room with three gunshot wounds," he would later be arrested after investigators uncovered surveillance video.
Documents claim Gresham “is seen shooting towards other subjects."
The filings also said Gresham "is a known gang member" and "is a suspect/accessory in an Oklahoma City shooting homicide" that occurred in October of last year at the Plaza Inn Motel in southeast Oklahoma City.
And while Gresham's father, Anthony Taylor, is charged in the Plaza Motel murder, Gresham is facing accessory charges after police said he tried to hide his father's car that was used to drive away from the scene.
Gresham is jailed on a $2.5 million bond. His attorney told News 9 his client maintains his innocence in both cases.
