9 -The CEO of TikTok will make a high-profile appearance before Congress at 9am CT. The testimony comes amid growing concerns over user safety and privacy.

8 - A highly anticipated bill to eliminate the 4.5% state sales tax on groceries clears the House. The bill now heads to the state Senate where a similar bill stalled last year.

7 - Former Sooner and Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray will be honored at OU's Spring game April 22nd.The University announced Murray’s Heisman statue will be unveiled before the game. He will be honored at halftime.

6 - Two bills advance at the state capitol aiming to boost teacher pay. A Senate bill would give up to $6,000 raise. A House bill would up pay teachers with larger class sizes.

5 - Oklahoma's only female death row inmate loses her appeal. Brenda Andrew killed her estranged husband Rob Andrew in 2001. An appeals court says her trial was fair.

4 - The Federal Reserve kept at it Wednesday, raising key interest rates another quarter point. That comes despite concerns higher borrowing rates could worsen the current banking turmoil.

1 - The top story you need to know, man accused of hitting and killing McAlester Police Officer Joseph Barlow is being held on $75,000 bond this morning. Police said Martin Rodriguez was in the country illegally and did not have a driver’s license. A Pittsburg County judge said if Rodriguez does post bond he will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
