A former detention officer at the McClain County jail pleads guilty to civil rights violations after court documents showed he moved a detainee into a jail cell where they were later attacked.

Documents shown in court said 25-year-old Kyle Tecumseh moved a pre-trial detainee into a jail cell with white supremacist gang members, who then attacked the detainee.

Prosecutors said Tecumseh knew the gang members were upset with that person, and would likely attack.

Tecumseh faces up to a year in jail and a $100,000 fine.
