2 Injured In Mayes County Crash

Two people were injured in a two-car crash Saturday night near Chouteau, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the crash happened when the driver of one of the vehicles attempted to make an improper U-turn from the eastbound to the westbound lane of US-412. OHP reports that both drivers were taken to a hospital with various injuries. There were no passengers in either car.
