Trial For Former Ambulance Driver Charged With Manslaughter Set To Start Monday

The trial for a former ambulance driver charged with manslaughter is expected to start on Monday in Oklahoma County.

According to investigators, Matthew Erickson was speeding and driving erratically when he crashed while driving an ambulance in 2017.

Carolyn Koch, a patient inside the vehicle, was ejected and died as a result of the crash.

Another paramedic was also ejected during the crash, but survived.
