9 - Hawaii authorities have referred 33 people for federal prosecution after swimming too close to dolphins. Under a new law it's illegal to swim within 50 yards of a dolphin.
8 - Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Bob Anthony continues to sound the alarm on utility prices. He says they are "significant and substantial discrepancies" with OG&E, Oklahoma Natural Gas and Public Service Company of Oklahoma spending for the past two years.
7 - A former ambulance driver convicted in a crash that killed a patient and injured a medic was given a 7-year suspended sentence. Authorities say Matthew Erickson was behind the wheel of a St. Anthony ambulance when it crashed in 2017,
6 - After unrest in Israel due to proposed changes to the county's judicial system, President Benjamin Netanyahu rebuffed President Joe Biden's suggestion to put a pause on the plan. The Israeli President says his county will not make decisions "based on pressures from abroad, including from best friends."
5 - Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson says he'll take the jail back if the current trust calls it quits. It's the first comments from the Sheriff after a scathing multi-county grand jury report on jail conditions.
4 - The search for a missing 2-year-old girl from Cromwell Oklahoma is now spanning several states. Authorities are looking for Oaklee Mae Snow last seen in January.
3 - Could Panasonic once again be interested in Oklahoma? After turning down a multi-million dollar incentive package last year, Senate leaders say a new application has been submitted for state incentives but only under the code name "Project Ocean."
2 - A wrecker driver was hit and killed Tuesday night while working on the side of I-40 near Shawnee. Troopers said 27 year old Kyle McCullough was hit around 9:30 last night. No word on charges against the driver who hit him.
1 - Flags are at half-staff Wednesday as McAlester Police Officer Joseph Barlow is laid to rest. The 26-year-old patrolman was hit and killed by an undocumented immigrant while Barlow was escorting the body of a fallen McAlester police sergeant earlier this month. Barlow's funeral is set for 2pm at McAlester's Southeast Expo Center.
