New Bipartisan Committee Launched In The State Senate To Investigate Economic Development Loss In Oklahoma

After losing out on big economic investments, like Panasonic and Volkswagen, the state Senate is trying to figure out why these companies did not choose Oklahoma.

Senate President Pro Tem Greg Treat started a new bipartisan committee to look at business retention and economic development. The committee held its first meeting on Tuesday.

Treat says the committee will meet every other week.
