Pottawatomie Co. Sheriff's Office Release Video Of Hit-And-Run Arrest

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office released video of an arrest from a hit-and-run that happened on Wednesday.

Deputies and troopers arrested Shengji Li after officials said he allegedly struck tow truck driver Kyle McCollough on I-40 near Earlsboro.

McCollough died as a result of the collision.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Li stopped briefly before fleeing the scene. Li is in custody at the Pottawatomie County Detention Center.
