OKC Special Needs Community, Leaders Partner On Expanded Program

Members of the Wings Special Needs Community joined Oklahoma City leaders as they broke ground on a new expanded program.

A planned 75-acre nonprofit community will be the first of its kind in the state for adults with developmental disabilities.

The planned community will be near North Kelley Avenue and East Wilshire Boulevard.

The project includes ranch homes, a chapel, dining hall, a gym and is entirely funded by Oklahomans.
