Clemency Hearing For Death Row Inmate Richard Glossip Postponed

A clemency hearing for Death Row inmate Richard Glossip has been postponed.

Glossip's clemency hearing was set for Wednesday, but it has been pushed back to April 26.

This was at the request of Glossip's attorney and Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

Last week, Drummond asked the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals to vacate Glossip's conviction of the murder of Oklahoma City business man Barry Van Treese.

The court hasn't ruled on that request yet.
