1 Dead After SE Oklahoma City Shooting; School Lockdowns Lifted

One person has died after a shooting that happened Thursday morning at a southeast Oklahoma City apartment complex, according to Oklahoma City Police.

According to police, one person was shot at an apartment complex near Southeast 44th Street and South Sunnylane Road.

The victim was transported to the hospital where they later died.

Police have no yet arrested or identified any suspects in connection to the shooting.

Two Mid-Del elementary schools, Parkview and Townsend, were placed on lockdown as a precaution, but both lockdowns have since been lifted.
