Tulsa Police Release Body Camera Video Of Deadly Shooting On New Year's Eve

Tulsa Police released body camera video of a deadly officer involved shooting from New Year's Eve.

Police said Cody Foos led them and Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police on a chase.

Police said Foos shot at them three times from his car and pulled into the Rose Hill Cemetery near Admiral and Yale after officers put out stop sticks.

Foos got out of the vehicle with a pistol and a shotgun, police said.

Officers couldn't approach Foos or his vehicle after he was shot until a shield arrived on the scene, in case a passenger was still in the car.

The officers involved were put on administrative leave, but the DA cleared them and did not file charges.
