Update: The Weatherford Fire Department says all buildings at the high school have been cleared and it appears the threat was a hoax.
Authorities said all residents are cleared to return to the area. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Authorities in Weatherford, Oklahoma, are investigating a potential bomb threat at the high school on Saturday.
Weatherford Fire Department Chief Mike Karlin confirmed a threat was received around 2 p.m. about a bomb in the high school.
The fire department recommended some residents in the area to evacuate or shelter in place in a Facebook post.
"We are asking for VOLUNTARY EVACUATIONS or SHELTER IN PLACE for residents in the area from Grandview to Lark and Davis to Lawter for a POTENTIAL BOMB THREAT."🚨🚨
