9 - A case set to go to trial this week will decide if Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" is too close to 1973 Marvin Gaye soul classic "Let's Get It On." Sheeran is expected to testify in the case brought by heirs of the song's co-writer.
8 - It is officially Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon week. Festivities kick off Friday and conclude with the full and half marathons on Sunday.
7 - The University of Oklahoma unveiled Kyler Murray's statue in Heisman Park at Saturday’s Spring game. The likes of Bob Stoops, Baker Mayfield and Kyler's NFL team leaders from the Arizona Cardinals were on hand.
6 - A fifth inmate has died at the Oklahoma County Jail this year. Officials report Frank Ramirez died at a hospital Saturday night.
5 - A missing Oklahoma 2-year-old girl is likely dead according to authorities in Indianapolis. Police said Oaklee Snow's mother and her mother's boyfriend were seen by witnesses carrying a limp child in a blanket in Indiana. Both adults have been arrested.
4 - Gov. Kevin Stitt is asking the federal government for a major disaster declaration following last week's tornados. The state says more than 2,000 homes were damaged -- 231 sustained major damage.
3 - Foreign governments, including the U.S. have airlifted hundreds of diplomats and citizens out of Sudan. Earlier this month, more than 800 members of the Oklahoma National Guard deployed to the region to protect American interests from warring factions in East Africa.
2 - The largest Methodist Church in Oklahoma, St. Lukes, and more than 50 other churches will leave the United Methodist Denomination according to the Oklahoman. The paper reports the request to sever ties over bans on same sex marriage and openly gay clergy was approved Saturday.
1 - Payne County investigators are working two homicide cases this morning. Over the weekend investigators say a man was gunned down outside a Stillwater nightclub. No suspect information in that one. Earlier this month Deputies responded to a trailer park stabbing. The Sheriff tells News9 a suspect was arrested in that case.
