A Green Country family said their brother, Scott Kelley, was an incredible man and father. Scott was killed last Friday in a head-on crash in Pawnee County.
His family said it's hard to imagine their life without him.
He was a military hero, devoted dad, and rock of his family; that's how Jackie Kelley describes her little brother Scott.
"Scott never slowed down, when Scott walked in the room, attention was on Scott. He was the star of the show, no matter what we were doing," she said.
Scott was driving down Highway 48 with his girlfriend Lacey Carlson when Oklahoma Highway Patrol said RaeAnn Crank crossed the center line and slammed into Scott's car, killing Scott, Lacey, RaeAnn, and RaeAnn's passenger 17-year-old Montana Hendrix.

"When my phone rang, and I saw it was my dad, my heart sunk. I knew if my dad is calling me at three in the morning, there's something wrong," Jackie said.
Jackie and her niece Samantha said Scott and Lacey had only been dating a few months, but instantly clicked. They said it was the happiest they'd ever seen Scott.
"He was finally getting his happy back, and coming out of being sad, and his girlfriend completely brought that out in him. So we are so grateful for her," Samantha said.
Jackie said her family is heartbroken and this has taught them not to take anything for granted.
"Because now we are just going to hang on to each other, because we are just going to cherish each moment we get," she said.
The family said this tragedy will affect them forever and they will always carry Scott with them.
"Being angry is not going to bring anybody back, and that's what everybody needs to remember. At this point, all of the families need to just lean on each other," Samantha said.
The family has organized a GoFundMe for funeral expenses. Click here to view the GoFundMe.
