A bill aiming to provide working families with better access to child care is heading to Gov. Stitt's desk.
The bill would reduce local regulations on licensing for in-home daycares.
In doing so, supporters said it will help daycares stay open for families that rely on them.
If signed, the bill would go into effect Nov. 1.
