The family of a shooting victim is asking for help.
On Sunday, April 23, investigators say 20-year-old Marco A. De Leon was gunned down in the parking lot of a Stillwater nightclub. Sheriff Joe Harper said the victim was shot multiple times outside the Blue Diamond Cabaret and died at the scene.

The Payne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joaquin “Daniel” Ruiz-Medrano, 28. Ruiz-Medrano was booked into the Payne County Jail on one complaint of murder.
De Leon’s brother Dimas De Leon Jr. reached out to News 9. He said his brother was working in Oklahoma and went out with friends when he was fatally shot. The family has set up a GoFundMe account to help his family.
“I would like to raise funds for my brother's wife and their one-year-old baby,” De Leon Jr. said on the fundraising site. “He was the sole provider for his family and now he's gone.”
As part of the investigation, the Payne County Sheriff’s Office says it has requested assistance from the ABLE (Alcohol Beverage Laws Enforcement) Commission to investigate the possible sale of alcohol to underage customers at the Blue Diamond Cabaret.
Any witnesses to the homicide and possible alcohol law violations are asked to come forward and can contact Investigator Myers at 405-533-6816. If you would like to help the family, click here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/nxud8-marco-a-de-leon
