Police Investigate ‘Suspicious Death’ Of 18-Year-Old Moore Teen

Moore Police are investigating the “suspicious death” and rape of an 18-year-old from Moore.

Police said the incident involving 18-year-old Madeline Bills occurred on April 22 near Southwest 34th Street and Telephone Road.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Chace Cook, 19, on the charge of first-degree rape on Monday.

Cook was taken into custody in Chicago, Illinois.

Additional charges could be filed after the completion of the Medical Examiner’s report.
