Charges Filed Against Accused Rose State College Gunman

Charges have been filed against the gunman accused of shooting and killing a marine at Rose State College last month.

Brandon Morrissette is charged with murder in the first degree and possession of a weapon on school property after police say he opened fire at the campus in a jealous rage-- killing 20-year-old R-J Long

Court filings say Morrissette's wife told police her husband believed she was having an affair.

A court date has not yet been scheduled.
