17-Year-Old Killed In Midwest City Shooting; Juvenile Arrested

A 17-year-old was killed in a shooting that happened Saturday afternoon in Midwest City, according to Midwest City Police.

Police said they responded to a shots fired call at around 1:31 p.m. near Northeast 10th Street and North Air Depot Boulevard.

Once police arrived on scene, they found a 17-year-old male dead in front of a home in the area.

Police said a disturbance between two different individuals led to a gun being fired at the teenage victim.

After police obtained information about the suspects, a juvenile was arrested Saturday night, and another suspect may be facing additional charges.

The juvenile who was arrested was taken to the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center.
