The threat for severe weather returned Friday for most of the state. Storms began in central and southern Oklahoma, but dissipated around 2 p.m. Severe weather picked up again around 8 p.m. in central and northern Oklahoma, producing rain, hail and a possible tornado.
News 9's Chief Meteorologist David Payne is predicting rain and flooding across most of Oklahoma for Saturday and Sunday.
