Edmond Couple Arrested, Accused Of Child Abuse On 1-Year-Old

An Edmond couple is arrested on complaints of child abuse after a one-year-old was found with several fractured ribs and injuries' to his head and face.

Police officers went to the couple's apartment to check on the child after someone witnessed the child's condition and called police.

The child's mother and father Mekayla Brock and Christopher Day were arrested.

Day has since been released on a $100,0000 bond while Brock remains in custody.
