9 - Colorado pitcher Ryan Feltner has a skull fracture and concussion after being hit by a line drive Saturday night. He was discharged from the hospital Sunday.

8 - Disaster-SNAP applications are open for Cleveland and Pottawatomie County tornado victims.

You can apply in person in both Shawnee and Norman.

7 - Devon Energy says the company's oil production reached an all-time high over the first three months of this year. The record setting production led to a $995 million profit to start the year.

6 - A semi veered off an I-44 bridge over the weekend. Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver swerved to miss a car that crossed in front of him causing the truck driver to lose control and roll the semi.

5 - The University of Oklahoma Sooners are the top overall seed in this year's NCAA softball tournament taking on Hofstra Friday at four o'clock in Norman. The Oklahoma State University Cowgirls are the 6th seed. The will play UMBC Friday in Stillwater

4 - The family of a woman who died at the Oklahoma County Jail in 2021 is suing the facility and its healthcare provider TurnKey. The federal lawsuit filed last month claims both provided inadequate healthcare to the woman.

3 - A man is dead following a shooting in downtown Oklahoma City Sunday. It happened near Walker and Robert S Kerr. At last check no arrests have been made.

2 - Students and staff at Shawnee High School will return to in-person learning today for the final 7 days of school. It's been nearly a month since a tornado badly damaged the school building.

1 - The Oklahoma State Constitution requires lawmakers be out of the capitol by next Friday, but a lot of work remains. With many massive pieces of the legislative puzzle still in play; tax cuts, school choice education plans and the massive state budget, deals will have to be brokered over the next 11 days.
