Deputies in Montgomery County, Kansas, arrested two people after finding dozens of animals neglected.

The sheriff's office, along with the Kansas Department of Agriculture, served a warrant outside Coffeyville and more than 70 animals, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and more were found living in filth with no food or water.

Rafael Luna-Dezonne and Heather Hall were arrested on complaints of animal abuse.
