Supporters of an Oklahoma Death Row inmate are preparing to release the findings of a personal investigation arguing his innocence at the state capitol on Thursday.

In 2006, Cleveland County jury convicted Anthony Sanchez for the 1996 murder of University of Oklahoma ballerina Juli Busken.

A court filing from the Oklahoma Attorney General's office said DNA testing found a 99.9% positive result that Sanchez's DNA was found on Busken's leotard.

Sanchez's supporters said they conducted a personal investigation, including a different interpretation of the DNA analysis.

The group said they will reveal their findings at 10 a.m.

Sanchez is scheduled to be put to death in September.
